My health and wellness have afforded me the confidence and freedom to chase my passions and truths with exuberance (while also keeping a smile on my face).
The purpose of this page is not to encourage others to be me nor to be like me, but to serve and provide a unique viewpoint.
In accordance with the mantra "practical wellness", I'll share tips, services, and encouragement I find useful today. I do all of this in the hope that you will welcome wellness not as a burden, but as a practical (and necessary) step in achieving personal and spiritual growth.
Please share any tips you have as well, as I'm always trying to further my physical education and awareness.
